Dr. Kanna is more than a consultant; he is a visionary who bridges the gap between academic science and real-world corporate challenges. His career was forged in the trenches of senior HR leadership, where he guided multinational corporations across diverse industries. This hands-on experience, combined with his deep academic knowledge, allows him to provide solutions that are not only evidence-based but intensely practical.

Positive Corporate Consulting (PCC) was born from a desire to rid the world of outdated corporate training that leaves organizations unprepared for tomorrow.
After two decades leading HR for global giants, our founder, Dr. Kanna Krishnan, witnessed a critical flaw: companies were focused on past performance, failing to build the cultural agility needed to navigate the future. He saw an urgent need for a new approach—one that combined human potential with strategic foresight.
At the height of his career, he made a pivotal choice. He stepped away from a senior corporate role to study directly with Dr. Marcella Bremer, a world-renowned change management guru (World Top 30). There, he mastered powerful, evidence-based tools to help organizations anticipate change and shape their desired future.
This journey culminated in the founding of PCC as a training provider and an invitation for Dr. Kanna to become a founding member of Dr. Bremer's Future and Foresight Community (FCC). Our purpose is to help you stop reacting to change and start creating it.
